4.1 Registration on er777 is free of charge. To create an Account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a contact telephone number.
4.2 You must keep your registration information current. Any change in your name, address, payment method, or contact details must be communicated to er777 support within 14 days of the change occurring.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your er777 login credentials (username and password). er777 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You must notify er777 support immediately if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised.
4.4 er777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent information has been provided.
5.1 er777 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, and reserves the right to request verification at any time. KYC verification may include, but is not limited to:
5.2 Withdrawals may be held pending the satisfactory completion of KYC review. er777 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.
5.3 All documents submitted for KYC are processed and stored in accordance with er777's Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
6.1 All deposits to er777 are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 er777 does not apply a platform-side processing fee to standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of er777. er777 has no control over, and accepts no liability for, any such third-party fees.
6.3 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your er777 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared or family accounts — are not permitted and will be returned (less any third-party transaction fees) without exception.
6.4 Minimum and maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply and are displayed within the er777 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change without notice at er777's sole discretion.
6.5 er777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit, suspend an Account, or request KYC documentation if a deposit is flagged by our fraud prevention systems for any reason.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. er777 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts not registered in the Member's name.
7.2 er777 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) submitted at any hour, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are processed within WIB banking clearing windows and may take additional time during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi.
7.3 A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the er777 cashier at the time of the request. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined and returned to the Account Balance.
7.4 er777 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation into suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or resolution of a system discrepancy. er777 will notify the Member of any hold within 24 hours of the hold being applied.
7.5 Funds held as Bonus Credits are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds remaining after the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 er777 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-spin equivalents, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:
8.3 er777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is suspended after a Member has already opted in and satisfied the qualifying deposit requirement, the Bonus Credits already credited will be honoured at the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting for promotional gain, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent Account closure.
9.1 All games available on er777 — including live dealer baccarat, live bandar ceme, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within the Platform and, where applicable, by the rules of the respective game studio or data provider.
9.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the server-side game result, the server-side result shall prevail in all circumstances. er777 is not liable for losses resulting from display rendering issues, browser compatibility problems, or connection interruptions on the Member's end.
9.3 er777 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that has been affected by a software error, data feed failure, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.
9.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at er777's discretion, including for individual Members where unusual or potentially abusive wagering patterns are detected.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the er777 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
11.1 All content on the er777 Platform — including but not limited to the er777 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game integrations, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of er777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes as contemplated by these Terms. No other right or licence is granted.
11.3 Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any er777 content without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12.2 er777 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text by any er777 employee.
12.3 er777 does not sell, rent, or commercially share your personal data with any third party. Data may be disclosed to regulators, law enforcement bodies, or independent auditors only where required by applicable law or by our licensing obligations.

13.1 The er777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, er777 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.
13.2 er777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to: technical failures; third-party payment delays; internet connectivity issues on the Member's end; unauthorized Account access caused by the Member's failure to secure their credentials; or any force majeure event.
13.3 er777's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits er777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 er777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. er777 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining real-money Balance before the amendment's effective date.

The Platform is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which er777 holds its international gaming licence. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

17.2 For complaints, er777 operates a two-stage internal resolution process. Stage 1 complaints are reviewed by the Customer Support team and a written response provided within 5 business days (WIB). If you are not satisfied with the Stage 1 outcome, you may escalate to er777's Compliance team, whose decision will be provided in writing within 14 business days.
